BETTER GO DOWN, TO CHINATOWN

Now, I have a little soft spot for China town in London. Ever since my dad took me there as a kid and let me run riot in a supermarket to ‘pick as many sweets as I liked’ it has held a special place in my heart. Situated just off Piccadilly Circus, this bustling area has Peking duck-a-plenty in most restaurant windows. Along with this, a great selection of cheap supermarkets selling all manor of eastern delights. I particularly love the architecture within Chinatown, it is a perfect mix of easy and West with its lanterns, Edwardian buildings and emperor style gateways at each end of is street. Perfect to take you away from the circus of Piccadilly. It also boasts lots of cool restaurants for all different budgets, and some really cool cocktail bars.
