Who doesn’t want the bragging rights to say they have visited the smallest city-state in the world!?

Vatican City is only 100 acres - located within Rome, Italy ... this historic and religious holy ground is home to many architectural wonders such as the Sistine Chapel - where Michael Angelos ceiling is painted and many replicas of Roman sculptures.

I highly recommend the ‘skip the line’ tour after seeing the audience with the Pope - as the lines can get quite long. The gorgeous, gold encrusted buildings tell many stories of faith, conspiracy, art, suppression, loyalty and deception. Believe on either end is up to the attendee - but nobody can deny the Vatican is a special place.
