I knew this would be an amazing experience even before we arrived, this restaurant has 2 Michelin stars after all. The ambiance, flavour combinations, detailed assembly of each dish, and the flawless presentation made this one of the best meals I have ever had on the West Coast. We had the 10 course tasting menu....and plenty of wine! Pictured here (my fave dish of the night): Slow-cooked turbot, "scaled" with discs of root vegetables with beurre canclaise.
